The Ministry of Finance will begin disbursing salaries for the month of January 2024 to workers in the state administrative apparatus next Sunday for a period of 5 days, taking into account the January Revolution anniversary holiday and Police Day on the 25th of the month.
The period for disbursing January salaries to workers in all ministries, agencies, and their affiliated entities includes Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, the 21st, 22nd, 23rd, and 24th, and Sunday the 28th of the same month, according to a previous statement from the ministry.
The Ministry has set 5 days in each month of the first three months of the current year to disburse workers’ salaries and the like and what they receive, and 3 days of each month to disburse arrears of workers’ entitlements, taking into account vacation days and official holidays.
Workers’ entitlements will begin to be made available at ATMs according to the dates announced in the electronic financial system.
The Ministry of Finance called on the administrative authorities to notify their employees of the start date of disbursement. In order to reduce crowding at ATM machines.
