The allocation process was carried out through a rigorous long-term tender procedure. Among the winning banks, Palomas stood out by securing two tranches of credit, offering a surcharge rate of 0.49%. This figure is positioned as one of the most competitive obtained to date, highlighting the solidity and advantage that Palomas has demonstrated in this process.
Likewise, BBVA also obtained a part of the credit, collaborating with Palomas to secure a portion of it. Together, both institutions achieved a weighted rate of 154%, highlighting the competitiveness and transparency of the bidding process.
Currently, the contracting process is underway, following the corresponding procedures that include the signing of contracts and registration in the bureaucracy of the Ministry of Finance. This step is essential to guarantee legality and transparency in the management of these financial resources.
Once this process is completed, the Ministry of Public Works will assume responsibility for the execution of the projects linked to the implementation of these credit funds.
