The Ministry of European Investments and Projects, through the Health Program Management Authority, published yesterday, January 31, 2024, the Applicant’s Guide for the Call for Projects: “Systemic measures to implement, ensure and control the quality of the screening program for colorectal cancer – stage I” from Priority 1: Increasing the quality of primary, community healthcare services, of services offered in the ambulatory regime and improving and strengthening preventive services, FSE+, Policy Objective 4, Specific Objective ESO4.11.
Eligible applicants are public health units with beds, with legal personality subordinated to the Ministry of Health with competencies in the field of digestive endoscopy, diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
The total allocation for the call for projects is 5 million euros, call with national coverage.
Eligible activities:
- Management measures and organization of the population screening program for colorectal cancer;
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality and adherence to quality standards of the colorectal cancer screening program;
- Information, education, communication of the target group.
Funding applications can be submitted between 31.01-01.04.2024 through the MySMIS 2021 system.
