The source said that the National Control Center disconnects the power to reduce loads for a maximum of one hour per day, and any citizen whose outage period exceeds two hours must report it via hotline 121 or the Electricity Emergency application, explaining that outages that last for more than two hours are not caused by Reducing loads and emergency technical malfunctions.
