Ministry of Education Identifies 1,600 Vulnerable Schools – Return to In-Person Classes Uncertain

The Ministry of Education has identified 1,600 schools that are in vulnerable areas. The return to in-person classes will depend on the security situation.

The official explained that in the country there are 1,600 schools and colleges located just two kilometers away from the prisonsthat is, in vulnerable areas.

“These students were the first to resume non-face-to-face classes, whether virtual or with different pedagogical resources that the Ministry has,” he explained.

And he assured that the internal armed conflict has not left any students injured or dead, nor has there been any damage to schools and colleges in the country.
