According to what has become known, employees found the file inside the building and immediately notified the authorities. With the intervention of the police, the file was moved outside and the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Department (EOD) is rushing to the scene.
Additionally, a fire engine also arrived at the scene in case its assistance is needed.
