Libreville, Wednesday January 3, 2024 (Infos Gabon) – On December 29, the industrial multinational offered 5,000 school kits to deserving students of the staff of this ministerial department.
5,000 school kits were given on December 29 to deserving students of the Ministry of Defense personnel. The event which took place in the former VIP lounge at Libreville Airport was an action by the ARISE group which acted in accordance with its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy. According to Paul Dany Menga Bekale, Director of Public Relations of this structure, it is a question of supporting education which constitutes the future of the nation. “This is not a one-off action. This marks the beginning of our support. In the years to come, we would like to take other similar actions because it is our duty to take an active part in the socio-economic development of the country.”,
he emphasized.
On the side of the Ministry of Defense, we welcomed this gesture. “On behalf of the highest authorities of the country, we come here, this Friday, to receive this donation of school kits that your company has kindly offered to the Ministry of National Defense. By this act, you prove the support you provide to the Committee for the Transition and Restoration of Institutions and to the President of the Transition, the President of the Republic, Head of State, Supreme Head of Defense and Security, General of brigade Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema », said Brigadier General Obame Taty Jean-Claude.
