LIBEEVILLE. September 10, 2023 (AGP) – The transitional government was reshuffled this Sunday, September 10, with the entry into this team of Laurence Ndong in Communication.
After the announcement of the transitional government by the Prime Minister, Raymond Ndong Sima, an adjustment was made within the government team. Lieutenant-Colonel Ulrich Manfoumbi Manfoumbi, previously Minister of Communication, gave up his chair to Laurence Ndong. She thus became Minister of New Information and Communication Technologies, government spokesperson.
Lieutenant-Colonel Manfoumbi Manfoumbi is appointed Minister Delegate to the Presidency of the Republic and remains spokesperson for the Committee for the Transition and Restoration of Institutions (CTRI).
As for Paul Marie Gondjout, he loses the portfolio of government spokesperson, but retains the Ministry of Justice.
Laurent Ndong is a professor of biology-researcher in science teaching, president of the “Debou Peuple Libre” movement.
