issued Ministry of Health and Population Ministerial Decree No. 338 of 2023 regarding the assignment of Doctor Ahmed Abdel Karim Ahmed Salam, a senior specialist in human medicine at the General Authority for Health Insurance, Sohag branch, to work as an agent for the Directorate of Health in Sohag, for a period of 3 months, or until the completion of legal procedures to fill the position.
The decision also included that the competent authorities should implement this decision and act according to it from the date of its issuance, and every decision that contradicts its provisions shall be rejected. No. 1209 of 1964 regarding the establishment of the General Authority for Health Insurance and its branches and for workers in the government, local administration units, public bodies and public institutions.
And Presidential Decree No. 242 of 1996 organizing the Ministry of Health and Population and the minutes of the meeting of the Evaluation Committee for the occupants of the positions of directors and deputy directors of directorates through delegation, it was decided to delegate Doctor Ahmed Abdel Karim Ahmed Salam, senior specialist in human medicine at the General Authority for Health Insurance, Sohag branch, to work as an agent for the Directorate of Health in Sohag for a period 3 months or until the completion of the legal procedures to fill the position.
