Flemish Minister for the Environment Zuhal Demir (N-VA) now also rejects the permit for the Vilvoorde gas-fired power station. And that was one of the gas-fired power stations that the federal government counted on for security of supply when the last nuclear power stations close. “This creates problems for all industrial projects in Flanders”, says federal minister Tinne Van der Straeten.
