2. Consider extending the period for issuing Certificate of Identity (CI) of the Myanmar authorities in the areas of 4 provinces: Samut Sakhon, Samut Prakan, Ranong and Chonburi to be able to do so no later than May 13, 2023. (90 days) and ask for cooperation from the Myanmar authorities to increase the place of issuing the Identity Certificate (CI).

3. Approve that foreigners who come to work under the MOU whose employment term completes 4 years, stay in the kingdom as a special case and work by the group that matured for 4 years from November 1, 2020 – December 31, 2022, about 60,000 people and the group whose employment term was completed for 4 years between January 1 – July 31 2023 of 50,000 people to stay in the Kingdom as a special case for not more than 6 months from the date the permission to stay in the Kingdom ends. in order to apply for permission to bring foreign workers who have received a waiver to work under the MOU alongside without having to return to their country of origin or a short return trip, depending on the country of origin
