Dear colleagues, you have been used to raise the temperature of tension so that the government falls – this is how the Minister of Transport Nikolay Sabev addressed the Bulgarian carriers in the program “120 minutes”.
According to him, they are used by the “fifth column” – people who have no interest in Bulgaria being independent of Russian energy and having its own policy.
To understand where the carriers are, what their demands are and why, we need to see the bigger picture. In my opinion, it is the following – thanks to the helpfulness of the last Bulgarian governments, Bulgaria has taken the unenviable role of being a Russian province in the European Union.
We are the first government to say clearly that we will no longer be vassals and that we are on our path to independence. From that moment on, all sleeping agents were activated, mass protests began, mass television rallies of the so-called political analysts who defended the position that Bulgaria should remain dependent on Russia.
Against this background, carriers were used and they were looking for an excuse. Suddenly, no more than 30 days after February 24, they became nervous and began to escalate their demands.
