Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani said that actually Lampung through the provincial/regency/city APBD has a road management budget of IDR 2.16 trillion. (CNN Indonesia/Adhi Wicaksono).

Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani talk about the damage street Of Lampung which went viral recently and then came to the attention of President Jokowi.
He said that there were actually a lot of budget allocations for road construction in Lampung. One of them is from the APBD.
He detailed that in the Lampung regional budget itself, around Rp. 2.16 trillion was actually available for the road management program. The budget is spread across provincial/district/city budgets throughout Lampung.
“Especially for the province of Lampung itself Rp. 886.8 billion,” he said as quoted from his official Instagram account, @smindrawati, Monday (8/5).
Apart from the APBD, Sri Mulyani said that Lampung also received APBN funds for road construction. The funds were disbursed from PUPR Ministry spending for the construction and maintenance of national roads with an allocation of IDR 588.7 billion in 2023.
As of May 2, Rp 81.6 billion has been realized.
“The 2022 realization alone will reach IDR 508.1 billion,” he said.
Apart from going through the PUPR Ministry, Lampung also received transfer funds from the center to the local government for road construction (DAK Fisik). He said the Province/Regency/City throughout Lampung received funds of IDR 402.44 billion for 231.9 km of roads.
Sri Mulyani added that roads in Lampung were also supported by the construction of the Sumatra Toll Road. With regard to the toll road, he said the government had poured out a budget to provide State Equity Participation and Guarantees to PT Hutama Karya (Persero) as the BUMN assigned to build the road.
The details;
a. Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar Section (140 km long)
– Government support in the form of IDR 2.2 trillion PMN and IDR 22.09 trillion Government Guarantee.
b. Teranggi Besar Section – Baked Bark – Agung Wood (189 km long)
– Government support in the form of IDR 4 trillion PMN and IDR 14.37 trillion Government Guarantee.
He added that the project’s land acquisition funding reached;
a. Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar of IDR 3.75 trillion.
b. Terbanggi Besar-Pematang Panggang in the amount of IDR 1.86 trillion.
