He Minister of EducationÓscar Becerra apologized for recent expressions about a group of Aymara women who were protesting with their children in the capital and who were sprayed with tear gas by members of the National Police of Peru (PNP).

“Not even animals expose their children. We see it every day in these nature channels where a mother dies defending her children so that they are not attacked. And we are seeing, can those who take their children and expose them to the violence that we are witnessing be called mothers? Can we get to that extreme of manipulation? was what the minister said on that occasion.
