Deputy Minister of BUMN, Kartika Wirjoatmodjo, said there were an additional seven problematic BUMN pension funds (dapen). The Dapen will be reported to the Attorney General’s Office.
Now his party is currently studying these seven dapen by the BUMN internal team. It is known that the Ministry of BUMN is collaborating with the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) and the Attorney General’s Office to clean up BUMN dapen.
“Later we will review it, there are seven more,” he said when met at the St. Regis Hotel, Jakarta, Wednesday (11/10/2023).
When the names of the seven BUMN dapen were confirmed, the man known as Tiko admitted that he did not know and did not provide details. “I don’t know yet,” said Tiko.
Previously, Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir made efforts to clean up the management of BUMN pension funds (dapen). He has asked for help from the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) to carry out an audit with a specific purpose.
In the initial stage, four dapen were audited, namely Inhutani, PTPN, Angkasa Pura I, and Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (RNI) or ID Food. It was found that there was a loss of up to IDR 300 billion.
“And it is clear from the results of the audit with a specific aim that there was a state loss of IDR 300 billion, and this has not been fully disclosed by the BPKP and the Prosecutor’s Office. This means that this figure could be even bigger,” said Erick at a press conference with Attorney General ST Burhanuddin at the Attorney General’s Office. , South Jakarta, Tuesday (3/10/2023).
Overall, Erick said that of the 48 state-owned pension funds, 70% or 34 were declared unhealthy. Meanwhile, Attorney General ST Burhanuddin confirmed that the potential loss could be more than IDR 300 billion.
