KONTAN.CO.ID -JAKARTA. Again, BUMN Minister Erick Thohir tinkered with the directors of state-owned companies. This time it was Bulog’s turn.
Through the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number: SK-341 / MBU / 10/2020 concerning the dismissal and appointment of members of the Board of Directors of Bulog Public Companies (Perum),
Minister Erick overhauled the management or board of directors of Perum Bulog. Five directors were honorably dismissed today, Wednesday (21/10).
The five Bulog Directors who were removed:
Director of Operations and Public Services Tri Wahyudi Saleh as,
Director of Finance Triyana
Director of Business and Industry Development Bachtiar Utomo as
Commercial Director Mansur
Director of Procurement Wibisono Poespitohadi
Instead, Erick picked up
Director of Supply Chain and Public Services: Mokhamad Suyamto as and Business Director Febby Novita
Director of Human Capital Purnomo Sinar Hadi
Director of Finance Bagya Mulyanto, previously Director of Human Resources and General Affairs.
Submission and reading of copies were carried out by the Assistant Deputy for the Food and Fertilizer Industry of the Ministry of BUMN Imam Paryanto and attended by the Bulog Directors online.
Bulog Corporate Secretary Awaludin Iqbal said in an official company release on Wednesday (21/9) that Bulog expressed his gratitude for the hard work and dedication of the five dismissed directors.
Awaludin said, this change was also at the same time a change in the nomenclature of the position from which previously the Director of Operations and Public Services changed to the Director of Supply Chain and Public Services (merging the Directorate of Procurement and Directorate of Public Service Operations).
Then there is the Director of Business and Industrial Development to become the Director of Business (Merging the Directorate of Commercial and the Directorate of Business and Industry Development) and the Director of Human Resources and General Affairs to the Director of Human Capital.
“Apart from the nomenclature changes, the number of Bulog Directors has now changed from eight to six people. So the change in the nomenclature of the board of directors also streamlines the number of directors at Bulog, “said Iqbal in a written statement received by Kumparan.
With this, the composition of the new Bulog Board of Directors:

- Deputy President Director: Gatot Trihargo
- Director of Finance: Bagya Mulyanto
- Director of Supply Chain and Public Services: Mokhamad Suyamto
