Minister Delegate Discusses Cooking Classes and Food Transparency

Olivia Grégoire, Minister Delegate in charge of Small and Medium Enterprises, Commerce, Crafts and Tourism, was the guest of RTL this Thursday, October 26 and she stayed for Philippe Caverivière’s column. “And Minister of Ratatouille because you offered cooking classes at school to fight against inflation,” reacts the comedian.

To prepare healthy dishes, “avoid processed products, those products that no longer resemble what they originally are… They are supermarket Jack Langs. Very good idea, these cooking classes at school even if it’s not the children who should be given lessons, but the canteen cooks!” says Caverivière.

Olivia Grégoire wants restaurateurs to explicitly specify on their menu what is homemade and what is not. “So already, there is an unstoppable way to make sure you don’t eat frozen food in Paris… Don’t eat in Paris. Don’t thank me,” he slips.
