Caretaker Minister of Public Health, Firas Abyad, announced that “the ministry quickly formed a team to investigate a case of child abuse in a nursery,” revealing that “the first measure is to stop the work of the concerned nursery until the results of the investigations are issued.”
Al-Abyadh stressed, in an interview with LBCI, that “the measures will go further,” considering that “monitoring is sometimes not at the required level due to the financial crisis in the country.”
