Ollongren would receive VVD leader Mark Rutte and D66 leader Sigrid Kaag on Thursday morning for a second round of talks for the formation of the cabinet. She had even been at the Binnenhof before that, but hurried away after all. She was captured in a photo, which also showed the documents in her hand. This includes a ‘position elsewhere’ for CDA member Pieter Omtzigt, and the negotiation technique of CDA leader Wopke Hoekstra. After furious reactions, Ollongren and her colleague Jorritsma resigned their function as scouts.
Kajsa Ollongren (D66) leaves the Stadhouderskamer after a positive result of a corona test. The scouts have spoken with all seventeen intended group chairmen about possible government coalitions. As a next step, the scouts will hold separate talks with Mark Rutte and Sigrid Kaag.

Annemarie Jorritsma previously informed Chamber president Khadija Arib that all party leaders who have visited her and Ollongren must also have themselves tested for coronavrius.
According to the RVD, Prime Minister Mark Rutte “has decided to be more restrained in organizing physical meetings.”
“The meetings of the Council of Ministers can be held according to the corona guidelines, but as a precaution it has been decided to allow meetings of the Council of Ministers to take place via communication technology for the time being,” said the RVD.
The VVD politician states that the cabinet has properly adhered to the corona rules. When in close contact with someone with corona, people don’t need to be quarantined, she says.
On Monday, State Secretary Keijzer announced that she had tested positive for corona. She was still in the council of ministers with most of the cabinet on Friday. All those present therefore had to have themselves tested about five days later, said Minister Hugo de Jonge (Public Health).
Rutte negative
Rutte has also had himself tested, the result was negative. It is still being considered whether he should also do a new test because of his reconnaissance meeting with Ollongren on Monday.
Because no one had been within 1.5 meters of Keijzer for more than 15 minutes, the rules required no one to be quarantined and the ministers were also not obliged to wait for the results of the test at home.
Ollongren therefore went to work as a scout on Monday and in that capacity received no fewer than 17 party leaders in the Stadhouderszaal on the Binnenhof last Monday and Tuesday. All those party leaders and Jorritsma now fall into the same category as the ministers at the beginning of this week after the infection of Keijzer: longer than 15 minutes in the same room with an infected person, but at 1.5 meters. According to the RIVM guidelines, they would also have to be tested about 5 days later, but would not have to be quarantined.
PvdA party leader Lilianne Ploumen will nevertheless do so. “I have no complaints, but as a precaution I will be tested this weekend and – until there is a result – I will be quarantined,” she reports on Twitter.
