“We had proposed a rule to allow the generational relay, which allows the pensioner to train a young person under 35, hired with a permanent contract, for two years, and we had to give up due to lack of financial coverage. But the intention of the ministry and of the Ministry of Economy, with which the rule is shared, is to re-propose it and include it in the financial economic maneuver”.
This was stated by the Minister of Business, Adolfo Urso, during the presentation of the Made campaign, regarding the generational transition in some sectors, especially in fashion and Made in Italy.
