Minimum Wage for Flexi-Job Workers: Sector-Based Regulations and Differences

The established minimum wage for a flexi-job worker today is 11.81 euros per hour. This changes and will be regulated per sector and therefore differ. The scale that also applies to regular employees in the sector will apply to flexible work.

In a bakery, for example, this is between 15.50 and 20.94 euros, depending on your position. In the catering industry, where half of all flexi-job workers work, this new rule will not apply and the minimum wage of 11.81 euros will be retained.
