From 2022, the minimum wage in Poland has increased. Pursuant to the ordinance of the Council of Ministers, it increased by PLN 210 gross. How did this translate into net payout? With the new year, people on the minimum wage can enjoy a double net increase. The first – due to the increase in the minimum wage, the second – in connection with more favorable tax settlements under the “Polish Deal” program. What is the minimum wage after the increase. 3010 PLN gross is the minimum wage from January 2022. This is a gross increase of PLN 210 compared to last year. After the introduction of tax changes under the “Polish Order”, the net calculation of the lowest national level is more favorable for the employee – the tax-free amount has been increased.

From January 1, 2022, the minimum remuneration for work is PLN 3010. From January 1, 2022, the minimum hourly rate is PLN 19.70 “.
