The British car manufacturer Mini has revealed that the new John Cooper Works Countryman will be added to the company’s model range from next February.
The stylish station wagon is equipped with a 300-horsepower (400 Nm) two-liter gasoline turbo engine, which allows you to reach a maximum speed of 250 km/h, spending 5.4 seconds for the first hundred. The drag coefficient of the four-wheel-drive universal is 0.26, which, according to its own statement, is the best indicator in the segment.
Experts also note the practical side of a station wagon, indicating the volume of the luggage compartment: 460-1530 liters, and also mention the driver’s assistance system available for the first time, which provides semi-autonomous driving up to 60 km/h, also allowing the removal of hands from the steering wheel. True, the Driving Assistant Professional package with this Level 2 assistance system is only available for an additional fee.
The Mini John Cooper Works Countryman is offered at prices starting at €56,500.
