Minesto invited by the Swedish Energy Agency and Business Sweden to the market development program BAPSEA in Southeast Asia

Minesto, a leading developer of marine energy, has been invited to the market development program BAPSEA (Business Acceleration Program Southeast Asia), which strengthens the company’s business development in the region. BAPSEA is a program run by the Energy Agency in collaboration with Business Sweden. The program runs for 18 months, starting in mid-March 2024. Minesto’s potential and value for the energy system in the region is motivation for participation.

BAPSEA aims to support Swedish companies with innovative solutions in energy and environmental technology to enter a new market in Southeast Asia. Through the 18-month program, Minesto will have access to resources, export consulting and networking opportunities with leading industry players, government representatives and potential cooperation partners in Southeast Asia.

“Being invited strengthens our opportunity to achieve market success in Southeast Asia. It is also a signal that our technology is considered valuable in contributing to the energy transition in one of the most challenging parts of the world, given the current dependence on fossil fuels”, comments Martin Edlund, CEO of Minesto.
