Not dieting, but yes mindful eat to lose weight. That promises a new hype that has blown over from the US. The Eat Right Now app, developed by psychiatrist and addiction expert Judson Brewer, is said to help. We presented it to dietician Michaël Sels of the University Hospital in Antwerp. “Everything you see is aimed at making you eat more.”
