Mindful communication – with myself and others

We communicate every day, whether verbally or non-verbally, but do we always really say what we mean?
Are we getting anywhere if we don’t say what we mean?

In this workshop, elements from different techniques are combined to enable the participants to communicate in the best possible way with others and with themselves. Techniques include storytelling, hypnosis and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) as well as mindfulness exercises.

Role plays, speaking exercises and group work are used with the aim of achieving an adequate pronunciation and being able to stand up for oneself more robustly in negotiations. Participants will be able to do something with the terms, storytelling and NLP and apply them in examples. They learn to say better what they really mean and to defuse conflicts with their communication.
