mInclusive, the first accredited digital platform to connect Emirati people of determination with employers, announced the conclusion of the activities of the first exhibition for employing people of determination in the Emirati capital, Abu Dhabi, in cooperation with the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination. The exhibition falls within the framework of the second session of the Ambition Project launched by the Authority. Community contributions – “Together” to provide people of determination in Abu Dhabi with the professional skills and expertise that qualify them to enter the labor market. The exhibition witnessed the participation of a group of leading institutions. The exhibition gave people of determination job seekers the opportunity to apply for roles covering all job levels in various sectors with recruitment agencies that adhere to comprehensive employment practices, including management, office jobs, graphic design and marketing.
Salem Ali Al Shamsi, Executive Director of the Incubator and Social Contracts Sector at the Community Contributions Authority – “Together,” said: “Providing employment opportunities for people of determination is consistent with our basic mission aimed at achieving cooperation between various sectors in society to address important social priorities and enhance the quality of life of community members.”

Nafie Al Hammadi, Executive Director of the Support Services Sector at the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination, said: “I Aspire” represents a model of successful community cooperation between the public and private sectors in an innovative manner to create impactful social programs and initiatives, and sustainable employment programs that support the development system, by building effective partnerships between the organization and entities. Government and private sector, to contribute to activating the strategy of integrating people of determination in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
