In the past two years, the Zorg na Werk in Coronazorg (ZWiC) foundation has paid compensation to twenty relatives of healthcare employees who have been infected with corona at work and have died as a result. They received a contribution of 50,000 euros. In addition, 114 healthcare employees who were admitted to intensive care with Covid-19 received a one-off amount of 30,000 euros.
