Generali Versicherung sells buildings for 26.4 million euros.

Bregenz Generali Versicherung has sold four of its buildings in Bregenz. According to the land register data, the property at Broßwaldengasse 12 with a land area of ​​4846 square meters went to the Viennese Felino BRO 12-14 Immobilien GmbH for a purchase price of 12.9 million euros. Pro mente and the Towa agency are currently rented in this building.

Generali has also sold the two buildings at Seestrasse 9 (including Viva) and Seestrasse 7 in Bregenz, directly at the roundabout at the city entrance. The purchase price is 5.4 and 5.2 million euros. The buyer of the real estate is Felino SES 7 Immobilien GmbH & Co KG.

These are not Generali Versicherung’s first real estate transactions in the state capital. An apartment building (Anton-Schneider-Straße 2) was recently sold to Felino ANS 2 Immobilien GmbH & Co KG for 3.8 million euros. These four bookings thus have a total value of 26.4 million euros.

According to the commercial register, Witiko Invest owned by the Scherb family (food manufacturer Spitz) and Alrag Beta Immobilien owned by apartment building developers Jakob Bleckmann and Klaus Fischer are behind the buying companies.

Last year, an area in the Riedergasse and Brielgasse area was sold to Rhomberg Bau for 13.4 million euros.
