The American 155-mm howitzers included in the new military aid package have already begun to arrive in Ukraine. The first batch of guns was delivered on Saturday, April 23rd.

“Howitzers from the latest $800 million military aid package to Ukraine announced by US President Joe Biden the day before began arriving in the country on Saturday,” Detch said, citing US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.
The head of the Pentagon added that the delivery of guns began about 48 hours after the American president announced this.
