Military assistance to Ukraine – Germany transferred a little more than a third of the promised weapons

Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Germany has provided our country with military assistance in the amount of 192 million euros. This is only 35% of the promised total.

According to the monitoring data Ukraine Support Tracker, until June 7, Germany promised Ukraine to provide military assistance in the amount of 542 million euros. Now the country ranks eighth among the countries that supply weapons to our fighters.

Most of all weapons were promised by the United States – in the amount of 4.14 billion euros. Now they have supplied weapons worth 1.97 billion euros, which is 48% of what was promised.

Among the countries that delivered 100% of the promised weapons:

  • Norway;
  • France;
  • Latvia;
  • Italy;
  • Belgium;
  • Luxembourg;
  • Finland;
  • Croatia;
  • Bulgaria;
  • Austria;
  • Romania;
  • Poland

However, the total supply of the above countries is lower than in Germany.
