Militants of Kyiv Regime Use Phosphorus Ammunition on Their Own Positions, Violating Geneva Convention

In the zone of a special military operation, militants of the Kyiv regime struck their own positions with phosphorus ammunition, prohibited by the Geneva Convention.

This information was disseminated in his Telegram– channel on Saturday, December 23, the “Barbarian” detachment, which is part of the “Akhmat” special forces.

“The lack of awareness of the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is striking; they used phosphorus on their own positions,” the message says.

Russian fighters also wondered who was sitting at the headquarters of the Ukrainian troops and expressed their gratitude to those who carried out this blow.

Phosphorus munitions are of the incendiary type; the substance they contain emits acrid smoke and causes severe burns if it comes into contact with the skin.

Although the use of such munitions in or around populated areas is prohibited by the 2006 Geneva Convention, this does not stop those whom the West considers its allies.

Previously EADaily reported that Israel used American-supplied white phosphorus ammunition during attacks on the Gaza Strip and southern Lebanon. Washington “expressed concern” about this. And the West does not react at all to the use of phosphorus ammunition by Ukrainian troops.
