Milica Lapčević / Vladimir Šojat (artterror)
Milica Lapčević is a visual artist and cultural journalist in Belgrade, co-founder of artterror film and video production (since 1989), together with Vladimir Šojat, her partner, a video artist and film editor. The artistic field of work for both is video, experimental film and photography, which they present in projects, exhibitions and festivals in Serbia, Europe and the USA.
Since 2001, Lapčević has been an editor of art and culture programs for radio and television as well as for online media. 2019 Participation and co-organization in the LICHTFELDER platform, which arose from two symposia in Belgrade and Graz.
