Milan won 3-2 against Verona after a crazy turnaround. Zlatan Ibrahimovic made a superb strike after 77 minutes with a shot straight in front of the goal after a long ball through the middle, but one of the visitors’ defenders got a foot in at the last second and warded it off for a corner.
Just like last year, Verona started shocking by scoring two quick goals. And just like last year, Milan came back.
First, Giroud reduced on nod. Then, in a few minutes, Milan turned 1-2 to 3-2. First, Franck Kessie put a penalty in the 76th and in the 78th came 3-2.
A ball intended for just substituted Zlatan Ibrahimovic but where Koray Günter cleared the ball in his own goal.
