AC Milan’s Chelsea transfer plans could return to Hakim Ziyech after goal Armando Broja sustains a serious knee injury.
The Rossoneri turned to Stamford Bridge for reinforcements in January and initially the plan was to swoop in on Ziyech on loan with an option to buy. However, his salary was proving to be a problem and interest had instead shifted to team-mate Broja, who at 21 would also be an investment for the future. The Albanian international could be out of the market at the moment as he sustained a serious knee injury in Chelsea’s friendly against Aston Villa yesterday. Broja has scored one goal and one assist in 18 competitive appearances for Chelsea this season.
