Milan, sexual assault in a motel on a 23-year-old: three young men arrested

Raped, beaten, threatenedin the more than 12 hours of unspeakable violence he suffered in a squalid room of a suburban motel. A young woman of 23 was reduced “in a state of subjection” such (we read in the investigation documents) that she could not even find the strength to shout for help to the carabinieri who had entered the room twice to check on her and the three Albanians who were raping her. The military could not notice anything, but thanks to that check, the three rapists were then arrested.

The young woman had gone to a nightclub in Milan with a group of people who had contacted her through the “fashion” agency for which she works, but in reality she is an escort. As she herself reported in the complaint to the carabinieri, inside the club she had been attracted to five young Albanians who sat at the table next to the one where she was. “They showed they had a lot of money”“high value watches” and “ordering very expensive bottles,” he recorded.

The investigators, led by the deputy prosecutor Rosaria Stagnaro and the deputy Letizia Mannella, then ascertained that that evening the five Albanians had spent around 2,000 euros on bottles of champagne alone to celebrate the birthday of one of them, such Jack. And it was Jack himself who proposed to the 23-year-old a thousand euros to spend a night of sex with him in a luxury hotel in the center of Milan. “I accepted,” she declared, also justifying herself with the fact that she liked that young man and would also have spent the night with him for free. But things turned out dramatically differently. As soon as they left, the couple went out and found in the car, a gray Punto, two other Albanians, one of whom said he was Jack’s father. Instead of a five-star hotel, the destination was a motel in Cornaredo. It was 5.30 in the morning when the couple entered the room. The violence started immediately. An hour later the other two Albanians entered and did no less. Barrels, many. Insults, photos and videos. They humiliated the young victim even more. Around 6/6.30, two carabinieri knocked on the door to check. While two Albanians were hiding in the bathroom, the girl and Jack were left alone and were identified by the soldiers who, returning to the motel later, found and identified the other two Albanians without the girl giving the alarm.

Once the checks were over, the incessant and ferocious violence resumed by all three until the following afternoon, when they left the young woman alone after even stealing 70 euros from her purse. The investigating judge of Milan has ordered the arrest of Alvardo Agaraj21 years old, resident in Sedriano, of his brother Xhentian (23 years old) and of Alfiol Quku29 years old, from Arconate. They are all in prison in San Vittore.
