Milan Prepares for Tough Schedule: Probable Formation, Injuries, and Match Details

After the victory against Hellas Verona which put an end to a very intense week, Milan is preparing for another 15 very tough days with four matches, including three away games, scheduled. The first of these will be on Wednesday against Cagliari, where, inevitably, Pioli will opt for some turnover. Sportiello confirmed in goal (Maignan not called up) Theo Hernandez should return to defense, allowing the return to 4-3-3; Florenzi, Thiaw and Tomori will complete the rearguard. In midfield, Krunic’s injury must be considered: in the control room, a possible season debut for Yacine Adli, with Loftus-Cheek and Reijnders inside. Giroud and probably Leao will certainly rest up front: there could be space from the first minute for the trident Pulisic, Chukwueze and Okafor.
