Milan, 23 February 2021 – A 45-year-old man was killed by a bullet in via Sulmona, Corvetto area, in Milan. It would have been to shoot him police. In the episode, confirmed by the regional emergency urgency agency, fetwo agents of 22 and 36 years.
According to what was reported this morning by the State Police, the Volanti di Milano intervened at 00.20 in via Sulmona, where several citizens had reported the man in the street. The subject, a 45-year-old Filipino with a history of crimes against the person and drug dealing, brandished a knife and reportedly tried to attack first a rider and then a man coming out of the door of a building. Both managed to escape. When a first patrol arrives, the man is hurled at the agents, who tried to contain his fury with batons. One of the two fell back, hitting his head and passed out. At that moment a second patrol of 113 arrived and the man also threw himself against the other two agents. One of the two, after trying to avoid it, has fired some shots, maybe two or three, in the lower part of the figure. But the blows must have injured vital parts and within minutes the man died. The 118 rescuers could not but ascertain the death. Two policemen were taken in yellow code to the Polyclinic: the agent who had hit his head and the one who shot, in a state of shock.
The investigations are entrusted to the investigators of the Mobile team directed by Marco Calì and coordinated by the deputy Paolo Storari of the Milan prosecutor, who went to the place.
