A 20-year-old girl of Korean origin who died after being swept away by a tram on Line 9 shortly before midnight on Monday. The accident occurred near a platform at the bus stop at the intersection of Piazza Oberdan and the bastions of Porta Venezia. Rescue arrived with two ambulances, car, several vehicles of the Fire Brigade together with the Police Headquarters, the carabinieri and the local police are useless. The young woman, dragged for a few meters by the tram, died instantly.
