Grekov shared the news on his Instagram account on Monday morning. He says that Dina passed away on July 18.
Grekov has shared photo and video memories of Dina dog in his post. Grekov has written his post in the you form, as if it were a letter to Dina.

Grekov says that he has been afraid of his dog’s death for the past couple of years. He says he knew the day would come.
– I knew that day would crush me completely, because we have always had a special connection. We have been a couple. Together since childhood. More than half of my entire life, Grekov writes.
Dina the dog was 14 years old when she died. Grekov writes in the post that he thought this summer that Dina would live forever when, according to Grekov, the dog was hanging out with her at the cabin and enjoying it “before the eyes”.
– I am so happy that you were able to spend the summer of your life in your favorite place, a cottage, and we were able to share it with you, Grekov writes in an emotional post.
Grekov describes the day of the dog’s death as the day when his “light of life turned into a twinkling star in the sky”.
– The grief is still so bottomless that it feels like I can’t get oxygen, Grekov writes.
At the end of the post, Grekov thanks his dog for 14 years together.
– Rest in peace. Donna is waiting for you there, Grekov writes, referring to his other deceased dog.
