Miguel Bosè if you prepare a tough legal battle with former partner for the four children. The sculptor Nacho Palau has in fact denounced the singer for the paternity of their children. Tadeo, Diego, Ivo and Telmo they were born in 2011 a few months apart and grew up together. After the end of the relationship between Bosè and Palau, the two pairs of twins – born from surrogate pregnancies – were divided. Two went to live in Mexico with the famous singer, the others in Spain with the sculptor.
Now Palau asks to be able to reunite the children, considered brothers. A few days ago the sculptor had posted on his Instagram profile a photo with the four children from behind and embraced. A shot that told of their meeting afterwards two years away. “Brothers forever”, Nacho had written in the caption of the image, underlining his desire to bring the little ones together to make them live together. “Children need each other, all of this makes no sense,” he explained in an interview.
The legal battle, which began in Madrid, promises to be long and difficult. In fact, the artist will have to demonstrate in front of the judges that he was the companion of Miguel Bosè for thirty years and that the four children were the fruit of their desire to form a family. In 2011 the couple welcomed their children, thanks to surrogate pregnancies, with the aim of raising them together. A dream interrupted by the end of the relationship between Palau and Bosè.
Now the court will have to establish paternity, place of residence and family project. A story that is anything but simple given that surrogacy is not provided for by Spanish law and there are no precedents to refer to. Shortly before the hearing, Miguel Bosè chose not to make public statements, while Palau said: “I trust in justice”.
Some time ago the Spanish singer had talked about his children and the choice to become a father: “When I felt the desire to become a father I was already over 50 and therefore adoption was already precluded all over the world – he said – . It was my friend Ricky Martin, godfather of Tadeo, to suggest me a rented mother ”.
