The local driver Miguel Ángel Suárez (Skoda) together with Daniel Sosa as co-driver, have prevailed in the 47th edition of the Rallye Senderos de La Palma, a new test of the regional asphalt rally. Suárez benefited from the puncture suffered by Enrique Cruz (Ford Fiesta) in the 6th stage of the rally (Hola-ElPaso), to increase his advantage in the beautiful fight they had for the lead of the event.
In the end, with a 35 “lead over the Gran Canaria rider Luis Monzón-Jose Carlos Déniz, the Palmerian rider prevailed, leading by 51” the third-placed, Tenerife’s Cruz.
