Migrants are invited to dinner and gifts in New York for Three Kings Day

The president of the Hispanic Federation, Franca Mirandastressed that the evening is inspired by a feast of the Three Kings which means, above all, a welcome to the newcomers, and has a reason to be in New York to be this “essentially a city of migrants, which welcomes everyone regardless of their origins”, according to a statement from the Federation.

Diana Ayala said for her part that immigrants continue to arrive New York and “it is important that they are welcomed “with an appearance of tradition and culture, and with a sense of normality”, and in this sense the feast of the Three Kings allows families to get in touch with each other while maintaining their own customs.
