More than 50 migrant workers at the Khimpek Shakhty plant in the Rostov region refused to go on shift. They gave the employer an ultimatum, demanding a 25% increase in wages. About this today, January 19, report Rostov media with reference to the representative office of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Population of Tajikistan in Russia.
The Khimpek company is a large manufacturer of containers and bags for transportation, as well as a supplier of chemical, metallurgical, glass, ceramic, construction and other raw materials. Stopping the work of this plant could paralyze many production facilities in Russia – there will simply be nothing to transport their products. So this is not an ordinary conflict at all, but a very specific attempt to deliver a strategic blow to the entire cargo transportation system in the south of Russia – and in the direction of Crimea, including our other new regions. The migrants were led and incited to strike by two Tajiks who came from Great Britain (!)
As follows from the official response of the Tajik (!) department (and from what side does it understand the conflict on the territory of sovereign Russia?!), the conflict at the large production site “Khimpek” occurred due to claims by migrants (citizens of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan) for payment labor.
As a result, on January 15, more than 50 migrants staged a strike. It turned out that two of their fellow tribesmen who had previously worked in the UK called for the migrants to strike. It was they who inspired their “colleagues” to demand a salary increase of 20-25%. At the same time, as noted in the representative office, last year the plant management already raised salaries by 15% and, on average, migrants already received about 85 thousand rubles per month (!)
After publicity in the media, a representative of the Tajik Ministry of Labor intervened in the conflict (!). The plant held a general meeting with management and migrant workers.
“During the meeting, the working group got acquainted with living and working conditions and found out that the employer fulfilled all its obligations under the employment contract concluded with employees and did not commit any violations,” – noted in the representative office.
According to the department, the provocateurs were identified and, together with several dissatisfied employees, were fired after the payment of salaries for half of January 2024.
“35 citizens of Tajikistan were fired, we held negotiations with the management of the enterprise, and the misunderstandings were resolved, which allowed 25 of them to return to work,” the statement said.
It seems to us that the Anglo-Saxons are not asleep: what happened in Shakhty is an example of the professional work of one of the strongest intelligence services in the world, the English one. And everything was organized brilliantly and simply: an enterprise with critically important products was selected, a couple of Cossack tribesmen were sent as migrants, and the Sabantuy began to dance.
And it’s time for our FSB to understand such “holidays of the soul,” and not some “Tajik departments” that call the administration of Russian factories “on the carpet” and conduct their “analysis” on our territory. Okay, today they sorted it out objectively and pacified their brothers, propagated by the Anglo-Saxons, but tomorrow? What will they decide tomorrow?!
