– A migrant worker living in Chungju, North Chungcheong Province, violated the rules of self-isolation and came up to Seoul and was caught.
According to the police on the 30th, a Tanzanian woman, A, 47, went into hiding after being confirmed with a new coronavirus infection (Corona 19) on the 28th.
Mr. A hung up the phone at 9:30 a.m. and went to bed after receiving a phone notification from the Chungju city health authorities after a confirmed patient came out of the factory where he was working and was tested for Corona 19.
The quarantine authorities immediately informed the police, and the Seocho Police Station in Seoul caught Mr. A in a bus bound for Chungju at the express bus terminal.
Mr. A was immediately transferred to the hospital, and 26 people, including passengers and drivers on the bus, were divided into 3 in Seoul and 23 in Chungju, and were tested for Corona 19.
Mr. A made a statement to the effect of’I went to Seoul to find money’. The police will decide whether to accuse Mr. A by judging its intentionality.
