The group of migrants, who identify on their own as Syrians, was transferred from the island to Greece

Greek authorities discovered a team of 38 migrants, together with a pregnant lady about to give delivery, stranded on a modest, unidentified island alongside the Turkish-Greek border.

The migrants, 22 adult men, 9 gals and seven small children, said they had been on an island on the Evros River since mid-July.

The migrants, who are explained to be Syrians, were transferred to Greece following staying located on Monday.

The Greek immigration minister said all migrants ended up “in excellent issue” and the expecting female was taken to clinic as a precaution.
