Hezbollah carried out a barrage of attacks in the early hours of Monday (12/8) with rockets launched from Lebanon towards northern Israel.
As reported by the Israeli media, the target was the city of Nahariya. In videos posted on social media, explosions can be seen, while there is talk of more than 20 rockets being intercepted by the Iron Dome.
Fires broke out in the area from the explosions. So far it is not known if there are any injuries or victims from the attacks.

Hezbollah claimed responsibility
Meanwhile, Hezbollah claimed responsibility for the rocket attack, claiming it targeted a military base, according to Al Mayadeen, which is linked to the Lebanese Shiite group.
Second attack in a few hours
It is recalled that late Saturday afternoon (10/8) Hezbollah hit northern Israel again with a barrage of attacks.
The Lebanon-based group launched a drone and rocket attack in the Western Galilee, claiming it was targeting a military base near Maghar.
According to the Times Of Israel, it targeted the IDF’s Michve Alon base, which it claims is used by the military as a base and ammunition depot, as well as for training purposes.
