While most coastal municipalities are taking it easy this summer in terms of events or even don’t allow anything at all, Jean-Marie Dedecker announced before the summer that he would ensure the summer of liberation in his coastal municipality. Everyone was welcome and that has not escaped the attention of VTM. “They came to me with the question whether they could record the one-off episode here from the seawall. Of course I immediately agreed. It is a compliment that they think of us and a nice bonus for our municipality. The summer of liberation does not end,” Dedecker says triumphantly.
