Panos Bani, Microsoft’s chief product officer, announced his resignation from his position after 19 years at the American company.
“Bani” revealed his decision in an internal memo to the company’s employees yesterday, Monday, leaving behind the legacy of launching “Microsoft” production lines for tablet computers and the “Windows 11” operating system.
“Bani” said in a post on his page on the “X” platform that he decided to write a new page in his career after spending 19 wonderful years at Microsoft, without revealing his next step.
Under Bani’s management of the production lines, Microsoft was able to launch its first touch-screen computer and its first tablet computer in 2012, at a time when Apple tablets dominated the market.
