Sapole will replace Renata Strazdin, the current head of Microsoft in the Baltics, who will be the director of Microsoft’s digital strategy for Central and Eastern Europe.
The company announces that Sapole will implement Microsoft’s strategy in its new position to support and accelerate the digital transformation of companies, the public sector and society, paying special attention to cooperation with companies and public administration in the Baltics and implementing the latest business solutions.
Born in Lithuania, Sapole holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management and has more than 20 years of experience in business development, finance and management in various positions in international companies.
Digitization is currently receiving a lot of attention in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania, so joining the Microsoft team, which is one of the driving forces behind the digital transformation in the region, is a particularly challenging step. The bar is installed high, but the potential for innovation and new solutions is huge. I believe that together with our Baltic partners, companies and organizations, we will implement many successful projects through digital transformation, creating significant added value for society as well, ”says Sapole.
